Appointment Arrival

Please help us by being on time for your appointment. We suggest you check in for spa services 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you may relax and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment times with no reduction in price. We also encourage guests to make their next appointment prior to leaving.

 

Appointment Cancellation

We realize that life gets in the way sometimes.  We will do our best to accommodate unexpected changes to your appointment.  However, if for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require that you give us a 24 hour notice for a single service.  For multiple services we require a 48 hour notice for change or cancellation.  For any missed or cancelled appointments without proper notice, you will either be charged 50% for the services booked or full price if multiple cancellations or no shows continue to occur.

 

Guest Etiquette

When sharing communal areas in our spa, we ask that you use lower toned conversations as a courtesy to all of our guests. We also ask that you silence all cell phones and electronic devices while in our facility.

 

Personal Belongings

It is always possible to stain clothes when applying color. We strongly recommend that you change into a smock for any color service to avoid any staining of clothing. We will make every effort to ensure that your article of clothing and any personal items are not damaged, however, if you do not wish to change, regrettably we will not be responsible for the replacement or cost of those items.

 

Service Guarantee

We aim to ensure the full satisfaction of all our services, that’s why we guarantee all of the work we do. If you are not satisfied, please call within 7 days of your last appointment, we will be happy to schedule a new appointment and rectify the issue.  If you wait more than 7 days to alert us of you dissatisfaction, we may pro-rate the cost to redo the service. 

 

Food

Food is not allowed in the Salon or Spa unless purchased as part of a spa package.  You may bring your own beverage or you are welcome to beverages from our Bar. 

 

Children

As precious as your children are, for safety reasons and for the confort of all guests, we ask that you make child care arrangement prior and come enjoy some adult time.  Children younger than 12 are permitted in the Salon by appointment only. Children younger than 12 are not permitted in the spa.

 

Hygiene

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipments are sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

 

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please return the product within 30 days of purchase. Opened products returned will be credited for future product purchase. Defective styling tools must be exchanged within thirty days of purchase. After this time, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. Brushes and hair extensions are considered final purchases.

 

Gratuity

Currently we do not allow gratuity to be added to credit card purchases.  The recommended gratuity for services is 18% to 20%.
